Our Beer

Our brewer’s proudest and favorite beer. A golden clean crisp body with bready biscuit malt notes. Very refreshing, easy-drinking beer with a gentle interplay of malt sweetness and hop bitterness. Using Czech best ingredients. Pairs well with Asian food or beef goulash.

This beer was introduced during Nano Brewing days at O’Creek Brewing more as seasonal for summer. Our first brew on our system at the new location and it became one of the favorites. This American style pale ale is clean, refreshing and easy to drink. Floral, fruity, citrus-like, piney, resinous American hops. This beer pairs well with any type of dish or cheese.
